Gratuity, tolls and parking

The $125 Miami and $175 Fort Lauderdale transfer rates include tolls and parking. Gratuity is not included. Confirm the gratuity amount with reservations when booking.

Airport waiting time

Airport pickups allow 30 minutes of waiting time. Waiting beyond that allowance is charged as an additional hour: $75 for Miami or $100 for Fort Lauderdale. Before booking, confirm when the allowance begins and how further time is billed, especially for international arrivals.

Changes and cancellations

The cancellation charge is $75 for a Miami airport transfer or $100 for a Fort Lauderdale airport transfer. Confirm the notice deadline and circumstances in which the charge applies in your booking confirmation. Contact reservations as soon as your flight or travel plans change.

How to plan your airport pickup

  1. Send your flight details. Include the airport, airline, flight number, travel date and a mobile number we can reach during your journey. Our team uses flight tracking to coordinate arrivals.
  2. Tell us about your group. Share passenger count, checked bags, carry-ons, your full destination address and any additional stops. Mention international arrivals and any special requirements.
  3. Confirm where to meet. Get your meeting point and pickup instructions from reservations before traveling. Follow the confirmed instructions and contact the team if you cannot locate your chauffeur.
  4. Keep us updated. Call or text if immigration, baggage collection or a flight change affects your pickup. Confirm how any additional waiting time will be charged.
